Francesca has been working in the real estate sector for over 15 years, collaborating with the real estate departments of major international firms in Milan, also as head of the real estate department.
She joined the firm as a partner in 2020 and is the Head of the Real Estate Transactions department.
Her expertise covers a wide range of sophisticated transactions (development, acquisitions, divestments, contributions to funds and investment companies with fixed capital (SICAF), involving all real estate asset classes (commercial, high-street retail, offices, logistics, residential and hotels).
She also assists the firm’s clients in negotiating procurement contracts, project engineering, project management in restructuring and development transactions, as well as in negotiating lease agreements.
In general, she advises on the entire “life cycle” of real estate portfolios and companies.
