She became a member of the Milan Bar after graduating with a law degree from the University of Milan with a final dissertation on Public Economic Law. She also holds a PhD in European Union Law from the University of Trieste.
She advises Italian and international clients in drafting, negotiating and executing both public and private contracts for the construction of large-scale works, including the General Contractor model and related technical services.
Alongside this expertise, she devotes particular attention to the field of pharmaceutical law.
Maria Grazia collaborates with the Chairs of European Union Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan.
She is a member of the Italian Society of International Law and of the editorial board of the journal Eurojus.it (ed. Prof. B. Nascimbene), and she publishes on State aid and freedom of information and is a speaker at seminars at the University of Trieste.
