Velislava is a member of the Milan Bar. After graduating cum laude in Law from the University of Bologna, she has worked in leading international and Italian law firms in Milan since 2002.
She has over 15 years’ experience in M&As, handling both national and international transactions, including real estate transactions. Her expertise also extends to financial regulation and corporate matters in general.
Velislava also advises Italian and foreign companies on drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including business leases and retail leases.
