The professional partnership and twenty-year friendship between Paolo Bertacco and Jacopo Recla led to the establishment in 2014 of the law firm “Bertacco Recla Avvocati Amministrativisti”.
With a solid legal background and based on their previous experience in international law firms, Paolo and Jacopo founded a law firm capable of successfully combining the depth and attention to detail, typical of a boutique law firm, with the ability to provide efficient and effective responses to clients’ business needs.
In 2015, after a long-standing professional collaboration, Gabriella Rondoni joined the firm as a partner, bringing expertise in the field of public works that complements the founding partners’ expertise, and allowing the firm to offer a new, original and unique support to private companies in the real estate industry.
This peculiar alchemy has made it possible for the firm to partner with leading Italian and international players in large-scale projects.
Within just a few years, Paolo and Jacopo set the course for the firm’s growth and expanded the areas of specialisation typical of administrative law (from procurement contracts and public works to town planning and building matters), by creating a department dedicated to the construction sector, always maintaining the synergy among the professionals as a founding value.
A desire to anticipate and satisfy their clients’ needs led the founding partners in 2020 to take an additional step along the path of growth and further expand the range of services offered.
Therefore, Francesca Tresoldi e Carlo Periti strategically join the team as partners. Francesca has more than ten years of experience in assisting both Italian and international companies in sophisticated real estate transactions and her joining the firm formalises a long-standing professional relationship with the other partners. Carlo Periti is highly experienced in corporate and commercial law in both extrajudicial and judicial matters.
The firm is now able to provide clients with a complete service throughout the entire “life cycle” of real estate properties, portfolios and companies, as well as an all-around advisory service in relation to all corporate and civil law matters, including possible litigation.
As a result, Jacopo and Paolo chose in 2020 to change the firm’s name to “Bertacco Recla & Partners“, to highlight the evolution achieved in the firm’s growth, consistently with its founding objectives and values.
