Member of the Milan Bar, after graduating in Law at Bocconi University of Milan in 2020, Beatrice joined leading law firms in Milan, focusing on the areas of real estate and M&A.
Beatrice advises national and international clients in corporate and real estate matters.
In particular, Beatrice drafts and negotiates agreements aimed at the acquisition and divestment of individual assets, real estate portfolios or shares in real estate investment funds as well as on due diligence activities related to such transactions.
She also provides assistance in connection with the drafting of commercial agreements, such as purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, business branch leases, and construction agreements, as well as any other ancillary contractual documents.
