Elisa is a member of the Milan Bar. She earned her law degree from Bocconi University in 2014, after a period of study at Case Western Reserve University, USA (Ohio).
She worked as a consultant at the Legal Affairs Department of Expo 2015 S.p.A., dealing specifically with public procurement of services and supplies, and collaborated with the administrative law department of a leading law firm, acquiring significant expertise in building and urban planning, procurement, environment and energy.
She has been working with the Firm since 2017 advising on public procurement, particularly to private companies called upon to carry out urbanisation works in lieu of charges.
She authors publications for journals specialising in administrative law.
