After graduating with a law degree from Bocconi University, Francesca worked at major law firms in Milan, dealing with commercial law issues, both in day-to-day and extraordinary transactions, with particular reference to M&A, real estate and related litigation.
Francesca advises Italian and international clients on corporate and real estate law with a particular focus on real estate and M&A transactions.
Francesca is mainly involved in drafting and negotiating agreements for the acquisition and disposal of individual assets, real estate portfolios or shares in real estate investment funds, as well as in due diligence related to such transactions.
She also advises on the drafting of commercial contracts, such as sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, business unit lease agreements, and tender contracts, as well as any other ancillary contractual documents, such as corporate and bank guarantees.
