Having worked with prominent international law firms in Milan since 1999, she joined the firm from its inception and is Head of the Public Works and Construction departments.
Gabriella has decades of experience in public contracts, both in relation to procedures for the awarding of public works and services contracts, and various forms of Public-Private Partnerships, including through the use of Project Financing.
She has also gained expertise in works provided under territorial planning regulations, including the design and implementation of primary and secondary urbanisation works.
She is the author of publications in administrative law journals and speaker at numerous professional training courses on public contracts.
