Matteo is a member of the Milan Bar. After graduating with a law degree in 2014 from the University of Milan, he worked in leading law firms in Milan.
He has gained experience in the main areas of business law, providing in and out-of-court advice to national and international companies.
He was an in-house lawyer for Europe’s leading regulated gas utility company for two years, where he gained specialist expertise in the energy and infrastructure sector, focusing on advising on procurement, real estate law and corporate contracts.
He joined the firm in 2019 and handles public and private contracts, particularly focusing on works, services and supplies contracts in real estate development transactions.
In addition, He also provides contractual assistance in commercial transactions in buying, selling, leasing and renting of businesses.
He is the author of publications in trade journals on public and private procurement.
